Here's my unbiased review:

Overall, the workshop was a success! I think that it was presented in the way that even a beginner (little experience) can follow the workshop. But of course there is always room for improvement:

- The Airconditioning of the Venue
- Double checking of slides AND assignments given prior to the event
- Contingency plan for Facilitators that don't show up
